On August 25, 2022, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted the Pay vs. Performance rule which requires Executive Compensation Disclosures (ECD) to be reported and tagged in Inline XBRL (iXBRL). This rule affects all reporting companies except foreign private issuers, registered investment companies, and emerging growth companies. This rule is effective for those reports with fiscal years after December 16, 2022. In preparation for the upcoming deadline, Compsci's Transform platform now supports ECD iXBRL tagging.
